Easy Peasy Pasta Salad

A simple summer salad with very few ingredients. It's the perfect side dish for your next BBQ.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Uncooked Pasta
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 2 T Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 t Black Pepper
- 1/4 t Paprika
- 1/4 t Salt
- 1/4 t Onion Powder
- 1/4 t Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Be sure to cook until al dente which is usually a minute or so under the normal total cook time.
- When cook time is up, drain and rinse with cold water.
- Dice tomatoes and peppers. Other vegetables can be added as well such as zucchini, carrots, or broccoli, whatever you have on hand will work.
- In a large bowl, combine Italian dressing and all spices.
- Add vegetables to the bowl as well as cooked pasta. Toss to to coat.
- Add the grated cheese and toss once more.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours so the flavors can combine.
